What We Do

At HIP Studio our mission is to create a space that offers something for everyone.

In our personal lives we were bored with traditional gyms and tired of having multiple memberships for specialty classes.

We believe that all bodies are not created equal and there isn’t just one ideal workout for your body. We also believe you need high intensity training to build lean muscle and reshape your body. Some days your body wants intense, some days your mind wants to let go and somedays your spirit wants to dance!

HIP Studio combines the traditional method of Pilates with cutting edge fitness knowledge creating the perfect fitness studio. Depending on your goals, HIP offers suggested programs to maximize results and give you and your body just what you need.
